These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Simplifiers Studio (https://studio.simplifiers.ai), a web application operated by Pixaplay Media & Consulting (owner: Sebastian Hertlein), Max-Zimmermann-Str. 5, 82319 Starnberg, Germany(“we”, “us”). By using Simplifiers Studio you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

Simplifiers Studio lets authorised users plan, create, schedule and publish short-form video and image content to their own connected social-media accounts (including TikTok, Instagram and Facebook). Simplifiers Studio acts on your behalf to publish the content you create, at the time you schedule.

2. Accounts & authorisation

Access is limited to authorised users we invite. To publish, you connect your own social-media accounts via each platform’s official login and grant the permissions the service needs. You are responsible for the accounts you connect and for having the right to post the content you upload. You may disconnect an account at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to use Simplifiers Studioonly for lawful purposes and in compliance with the terms, policies and community guidelines of the platforms you publish to (including TikTok’s Terms of Service and the TikTok Developer / Content Posting policies). You must not use the service to publish content that is illegal, infringing, misleading, or that violates a platform’s rules. We may suspend access that breaches these Terms.

4. Content ownership

You retain all rights to the content you create and publish through Simplifiers Studio. We claim no ownership of it and use it solely to provide the publishing service you request. Content published to your own accounts is governed by the respective platform’s terms once live there.

5. Third-party platforms

Simplifiers Studio integrates with third-party platforms (TikTok, Meta) through their official APIs. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for changes, outages, rejections or actions taken by those platforms.

6. Privacy

Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You can request deletion of your data as described in our Data Deletion instructions.

7. Disclaimer & liability

Simplifiers Studiois provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for content published to your own accounts. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, for the service.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms. The current version is always available at https://studio.simplifiers.ai/termswith the “last updated” date above. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
