Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data that Simplifiers Studio (https://godfinder.simplifiers.ai) holds about you, including data obtained through Facebook Login for Business (your Facebook Page and Instagram connection).

Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app (immediate)

Sign in to Simplifiers Studio, open Connections, and remove the connected Facebook Page / Instagram account. This immediately deletes the stored access token and connection details for that account from our systems.

Option 2 — Request full deletion by email

To delete all data associated with you (your account, all connections and stored tokens, and the content you created), send an email to privacy@simplifiers.ai from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, role).
• All social connections and their access tokens (Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account data).
• The content you created in the app (captions, media, scheduling data).

Note: posts that were already published to your own Instagram or Facebook accounts live on those platforms and are controlled by you — delete them directly on Instagram/Facebook.

Also revoke access on Facebook

You can additionally remove Simplifiers Studio’s access to your Meta account at any time under Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or in Accounts Center → Apps and websites), which revokes our permissions immediately.
