Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to delete the data that Simplifiers Studio (https://studio.simplifiers.ai) holds about you, including data obtained through Facebook Login for Business, TikTok Login Kit and the YouTube API Services.

Option 1 — Disconnect inside the app (immediate)

Sign in to Simplifiers Studio, open Connections, and click disconnect next to the Instagram/Facebook, TikTok or YouTube account. This immediately deletes the stored access and refresh tokens for that account, and no further data is read from it. For TikTok we additionally revoke the authorisation with TikTok. Posts that are already scheduled for that account are paused until you connect it again.

Option 2 — Request full deletion by email

To delete all data associated with you (your account, all connections and their records, stored performance statistics, and the content you created), send an email to privacy@simplifiers.ai from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Data deletion request”. We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days and notify you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Your account and profile (name, email, role).
• All social connections and their access tokens (Facebook Page and Instagram Business Account, TikTok account, YouTube channel).
• The performance statistics we stored about your own posts, videos and accounts.
• The content you created in the app (captions, media, scheduling data).

Note: posts that were already published to your own Instagram, Facebook, TikTok or YouTube accounts live on those platforms and are controlled by you — delete them directly on the platform.

Also revoke access on the platform

You can additionally remove Simplifiers Studio’s access at any time:

• Facebook / Instagram — under Facebook → Settings & Privacy → Settings → Business integrations (or in Accounts Center → Apps and websites).
• TikTok — in your TikTok account under Manage app permissions.
• YouTube / Google — at myaccount.google.com/permissions.
